Find your extraordinary adventure

Would you like to discover the dream beaches of the world in Thailand? Or do you want an adventure in the mountains of Nepal? Even if you don't know exactly where to go on your next trip, we'll find the perfect adventure for you. The best thing to do first is to take a look at our Trip summary. Once you've found your dream adventure, all you have to do is pick a date that suits you (feel free to check out our Travel calendar or our guaranteed dates ) and then you're ready to book.

Book your perfect adventure

You have found a suitable date for your dream trip? Then book your unique adventure now easily via the Book button. For this you just have to think: would you rather share a room with another TripLegend of the same sex or would you rather have a single room, would you rather make a deposit first to secure your place or would you rather pay the full price directly?

If you only pay the deposit, you will not have to pay the balance until four weeks before the start of the trip. Once you have decided, you only need to choose your travel date, payment method and accommodation and then the trip can almost start.

The earlier you book your adventure with us, the earlier we can organize everything (accommodation, transport, permits, etc.) on site for you. The chance is then also higher that more TripLegends want to secure a place on the trip, so we can then also confirm the trip much earlier and you can relax and book your flights, if you would like to book them yourself. 

Once you have decided on a trip, you can also optionally book your suitable flights and other extras in the check-out. On some trips there are activities to do that are not part of the program, but for which you would have enough free time to do them anyway if you wish. Be it a breathtaking hot air balloon ride in Jordan, a bungee jump in South Africa or a canoe trip in the jungle of Costa Rica. You will find the possible activities for each trip in the FAQs and you can select them in the payment process. We will then take care of organizing these activities so you can sit back and relax and enjoy your trip.

Cancel or rebook your trip

If something comes up, you can always easily cancel or of course change your booking to another wonderful trip. All you have to do is send us a short message via WhatsApp or an email. If you book your trip with the Flex Cancellation Option, you can cancel the trip free of charge up to 21 days before departure for trips without flight booking and up to 30 days before for trips with flight booking. 

Cancellation in less than 4 weeks before the start of your adventure is only possible if the entry is not possible due to new travel restrictions (e.g. classified as a virus variant area) or it is not possible to enter the country for other reasons (political situation, environmental disasters, etc.). In these two cases we would cancel the trip from our side and you will get your money back. 

If you want to cancel your adventure for personal reasons, then the Travel cancellation insurance applies. You are also welcome to inform yourself about the current entry requirements, therefor simply enter your departure airport, arrival airport and nationality and you will receive all important information directly.

Get to know your fellow travelers

Your adventure with TripLegend is getting closer and closer and the anticipation is also getting unbearable. But don't worry, 6-8 weeks before the trip we will create a WhatsApp group with all your fellow travelers, your guide (who will be added about 1 week before the trip starts) and us. There we will send you all the important information like the exact itinerary, a packing list to check off, the current entry requirements, etc. and you will also have the opportunity to get to know the other TripLegends on the trip a bit.

Let us know your special wishes

If you still need assistance in finding or booking your flights, please contact us on WhatsApp or by email and we will be happy to help you. Also, if you want to arrive earlier or leave later, we will be happy to organize extra nights in our local accommodations.

For some trips there is also the possibility to book optional excursions, for example a hot air balloon ride over the breathtaking landscape of Jordan or a reindeer ride in the snowy landscape of Finland? Let us know and we will secure your place for this unique experience.

2 months before you start into an incredible adventure, we also collect information from you about your flight, allergies or food restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, etc.), which will then be forwarded to our local partners, so they can organize everything for you. With this you are perfectly prepared for your trip and you can start packing your bags. 

I pack my suitcase and take with me...

Soon the time will come and the adventure will begin. But before that, you have to pack your bags. You don't know exactly what you should take with you on your trip? No problem - we have sent you a packing list in advance in your travel WhatsApp group, which has been adapted exactly to your adventure. Simply print it out or check off all the important items digitally and then you can close your suitcase with peace of mind.

Today is the day your TripLegend adventure finally begins! You can finally make your way to the airport to start your trip. You don't have to worry about anything, just enjoy your flight and look for your guide with our TripLegend logo at the arrival airport. We have already organized your transfer based on your flight information and it is already included in most trips.
