Your highlights today: Watch penguins and explore the Cape of Good Hope
Today we embark on a spectacular journey to the Cape of Good Hope and visit the African penguin colony at Boulders Beach. We will explore Cape Point National Park on foot, taking a walk to the lighthouse or ride the "Flying Dutchman" funicular. We will then drive to the Cape of Good Hope, the most southwesterly point in Africa. We will also visit Muizenberg Beach today with the famous colorful beach cottages that bring their vintage surfing charm to this beach. A spectacular coastal drive along Chapman's Peak, one of the most beautiful views in the region, will bring us unforgettable memories already on the second day.

Your highlight today: Taste South Africa's best wine varieties
The Western Cape of South Africa is home to more than 500 wineries. We are allowed to take a closer look at four to five of them today. The wineries are located in the Stellenbosch area, one of the oldest towns in South Africa. Stellenbosch is known for its Cape Dutch style architecture and its importance for wine growing. We have carefully selected the farms on this tour to experience a wide variety of wineries, from historic estates to smaller family-run farms. However, the Western Cape offers more than just good wine - there are also beautiful landscapes and interesting history that we will delve into along the way.

Your highlight today: Watch penguins in Betties Bay
Today we drive from Cape Town to Hermanus. We follow the scenic coastal road and stop at Betties Bay for another chance to observe a colony of African penguins.
We spend the afternoon in the seaside resort of Hermanus, known during the whale season (July to November) for the hundreds of southern right whales that swim along here, as well as for its numerous stores, restaurants and markets. In the afternoon we continue to Cape Agulhas. Here we see the Atlantic and Indian Oceans meet. We are now at the southernmost point of Africa, closer to Antarctica than anyone else on the African continent.

Your highlight today: Experience an evening and a night on the "Klein Karoo" ostrich farm
Via the scenic Route 62, the longest wine road in South Africa, we drive to Oudtshoorn, known as the Ostrich Capital of the World. There is an opportunity for lunch at a local winery before we enjoy another wine tasting.
We will check into our accommodation, which is located on a game farm, the "Klein Karoo". As the sun sets, we can enjoy a tour of the ostrich farm, relaxing to sweeping views of the Outeniqua and Swartberg mountains in the background and recovering a bit from the exciting first days.

After the national park, we spend the late afternoon exploring Sedgefield with its expansive views and beautiful beaches. The cozy South African small town on the coast exudes a very special charm that we can enjoy today.

Your highlights today: Explore Tsitsikamma National Park and optionally take the world's highest bungee jump
Today we continue east over the lush lake district of the Garden Route to the famous town of Knysna. We visit the viewpoint Knysna Head, from where we have a magnificent view of the mouth of the Knysna River and the Indian Ocean
Afterwards we stop at the Bloukrans Bridge, the highest bungee bridge in the world (216 meters). For the more adventurous among us, there is plenty of time to test your courage and jump into the depths. Watching the leashed bungee jumpers plunge daringly from the bridge is also an experience in itself.
We spend lunch in Tsitsikamma National Park with its unique combination of indigenous forests and beautiful Indian Ocean coastline. After having enough time to explore the park, we leave the Garden Route and drive to the land of the Big Five, Addo.

In the reserve we get close to the animals on the designated trails without disturbing them in their natural habitat.
After an exciting morning of game viewing, we continue to our safari lodge. There we can end the evening relaxing together and review the experiences of the last few hours.
