Recommended vaccinations
There are no mandatory travel vaccinations for direct entry from Germany. However, in addition to the standard vaccinations according to the RKI, it is recommended to get vaccinated against hepatitis A, and in case of long-term stay or special exposure also against hepatitis B, typhoid and rabies. A yellow fever vaccination is also recommended. Especially when traveling to third countries, proof of such a vaccination may be required.
Also, make sure your immunization coverage is up to date according to the Vaccination calendar of the Robert Koch Institute is.
Conclusion
Don't pack too much for your adventure. However, keep in mind that the local climate may be different. Be prepared for that. Also, you will spend a lot of time outdoors during your time in Peru.
However, it is better to leave some space for souvenirs at the end of the trip. Less is more.
